Victor Olusegun Abisoye, is the Managing Consultant and Chief Executive of VoA Consulting. He also founded the faith based Non-governmental organization (NGO), the WWJD (What Would Jesus Do) Movement envisioned to have inspired, empowered, trained and equipped about One million Nigerian youths of ages between 15 - 35 for leadership and responsibility by 1 st October 2060, the centenary (100th) independence celebration of Nigeria.

Before October 2005, Victor Olusegun Abisoye was the Managing/Project Consultant at Project Exchange Limited, a facilities management consulting firm, with the responsibility for the design, control and implementation of an Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) under the bank’s organization wide re-engineering project code named “Project Eagles” a Project Designed to integrate all of the Central Bank of Nigeria’s branch operations real time with the headquarters in Abuja.

Prior to setting up Project Exchange Limited, in Nigeria Victor Olusegun Abisoye was a partner and director at Project Exchange (FMS), an international facility management-consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. Since 1995, FMS has been strongly involved and committed to designing and implementing property and facility management solutions for large property holding organizations in the United Kingdom, Europe Middle East and South Africa.

Victor Olusegun Abisoye is a Certified Facilities and Project Manager, a Qualified Automation Systems Engineer, and an Alumnus of the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Ecole Centrale, Lyon-France and the Greenwich University, London- England, having earlier worked variously as staff and external consultant with multinational companies including Johnson Controls International, Honeywell Limited and Siemens Building Technologies.
